Lasagna of the Week


It seems like every time I open a magazine that there's a new lasagna to try. I've got a fabulous mainstay from my Aunt, but you know me, I'm always open to something new, especially in this wintry snow season! Enter Free Form Lasagna. I pretty much made this one as is, but of course added the diced tomatoes with basil & oregano for extra measure. The overall flavor is delicious, but the free form of it all, left me scratching my head. With all the noodles going in different directions, the lasagna kinda looses it's form. I would go with the standard layering technique, but otherwise, super tasty!
