So it's been awhile since I've written about the Challenge because I'm still working on perfecting the English Muffins. I'm still tweaking the recipe and hope to have a winner in the next week or so. In the meantime, I made a mean Raisin Bread from the book. I followed the recipe and used all of Peter's tricks to perfection! The real delicious kicker for this bread is the cinnamon sugar crust...mmm tasty! I'll definitely be making this bread again.
